Terms of Service
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
- You may cancel your service and request a refund at any time before the service has begun by contacting us via email. Refunds approved under this policy will be processed within 7 business days. Once the service has started, refunds will only be considered if the delivered service is significantly different from what was agreed upon in advance
- Service Start Time
- Services typically begin within 3 to 5 business days after the order is confirmed.
- Additional Charges
- Only expenses incurred as a result of specific client requests will be billed as additional charges.
- Payment Methods
- Clients will receive invoices via email through Stripe, with secure payment links for credit and debit card payments. Japanese bank transfers (振込 / furikomi) are also supported through Stripe and will be automatically reconciled. Full payment instructions will be included in the invoice.
- Payment Due Date
- Please complete payment by the 25th of the following month after service delivery, in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Pricing
- Basic consulting fee: ¥280,000/month
- Additional charges may apply depending on the scope of work requested.
